We finally got inside to another queue and waited again. We had to wait in a queue in the rain for over 20 minutes. I bought my prepaid tickets online and filled in a waiver. The staff were all excellent and friendly and helpful and we all had a hassle free and enjoyable day.A really terrible experience. My grandsons mother had made a lovely mud cake birthday cake with candles etc and after everyone had finished lunch there was much excitement as presents were opened.Īfter this we ll said goodbye, and drove home and the wonderful staff cleaned up all the mess. They all sat a large table and tucked in. Each child had a sachet of fruit juice and there were two big bowls of popcorn on the table. Whole grain bread sandwiches with healthy filling, fresh fruit kebabs, and a small handful of fruit jelly lollies. My grandson did get a slight black eye when he hit his eye with his knee while jumping! After about an hour of jumping and running about the children were escorted by a giant panda to their party room where they were served lunch. The trampolines were suspended over holes in the floor so there was no risk of kids falling off and being hurt. When we entered we were bombarded with happy noise from numerous small and not so small children who were happily running about or jumping on trampolines. ![]() I had no idea what to expect as I had never been to such a place before. Last weekend my youngest grandson turned five and family and six of his little friends were invited to join him at Flip Out trampoline arena in Tauriko Tauranga.
